Job summary

Capita Selborne is recruiting to deliver engaging underwater warfare and SONAR training for Royal Navy personnel. The role is full-time on a term-time basis (45 weeks) with 37.5 hours/week, based at HMS Collingwood in Portsmouth.

You must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level and bring RN SONAR system knowledge to the classroom. You will share operational expertise, support learners through their journey and work with senior instructors to continually enhance training delivery and

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training in underwater warfare and SONAR systems to Royal Navy personnel.
• Share technical knowledge and operational experience to develop warfare specialists.
• Support students throughout learning journey, building confidence and professional competence.
• Collaborate with experienced instructors and learning specialists to improve training delivery.
• Maintain and develop skills through Defence training programmes.
• Contribute to evolution of Royal Navy training by sharing best practices and shaping future learning solutions.
