Capita-led Selborne project seeks a Training Delivery Instructor in Fareham to train Royal Navy personnel. You’ll deliver practical workshop techniques, teach up to 16 students per class, and collaborate with Learning & Development and a team of 10 instructors.
The role is term-time only (45 weeks/year) with pro-rata salary up to £39,300 full-time equivalent £40,000, and onsite facilities including secure parking, catering, gym and shops. UK SC level security clearance is required.
Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster
Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver "better trained sailors to the front line faster".
You will be responsible for the instruction of military students in Workshops techniques. The purpose of this role is to provide the delivery of Workshops Techniques to Royal Navy students on their Phase 2 and 3 career courses.
This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
