Capita plc in Fareham is seeking a Training Delivery Instructor to deliver high-quality Above Water Warfare training (AWW) for Royal Navy personnel. The role is full-time, on-site at HMS Collingwood, with 37.5 hours weekly and a requirement for UK security clearance at SC level.

You will bring AWW experience to life for trainees, support the learning experience, and help drive continuous improvement through modern teaching methods and collaboration with RN colleagues.
