A leading construction company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Training Coordinator on a fixed-term contract until December 31st, 2026. The role involves coordinating training requests, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining compliance standards for employee training records. Ideal candidates will excel under pressure, have strong attention to detail, and be proficient with Microsoft packages. Reporting into the Training Systems & Quality Assurance Manager, the successful Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training and business education requests in line with HR policies, service-level agreements and timetables to maximise utilisation. You will also be supporting the competence team with new initiatives and develop and maintain effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
