Job Description

The M25 is a flagship project for us, being the most used part of the UK Strategic Road Network with over 200,000 vehicles daily. It includes around 800 structures and 5 tunnels, requiring high performance and ongoing maintenance.

We have formed a Joint Venture, Connect Plus Services (CPS), to operate and maintain the M25 under a 30-year contract. We are seeking a Technical Training Coordinator / Administrator to join our team based at Scratchwood Depot, London Gateway M1, London NW7 3JA, working 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide effective administrative support to the training activities within the Joint Venture Training Team.
  2. Complete personal training to stay current with the role.
  3. Manage POs, receipting orders, resolving invoice queries, and maintaining the training financial database.
  4. Coordinate CITB levy and claims with BB.
  5. Liaise with internal and external training providers.
  6. Book training venues as required.
  7. Maintain accurate training records and develop the training database.
  8. Extract and report learning and development data as needed.
  9. Respond to other departmental requirements.
  10. Monitor qualification expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  11. Develop and improve systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  12. Live the Connect Plus Services Values and focus on Zero Harm.
  13. Support sustainability activities and undertake ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications

  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in a training environment.
