Connect Plus Services in the UK is seeking a Training Administrator to deliver a cost-effective training service to managers and staff, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and certificates for their roles.
You will work with the Training Team across departments to arrange delegates, keep records updated for compliance, and update delegates’ files with qualification copies, contributing to continuous improvement and data integrity.
In this role, you will provide a cost-effective training service to managers and staff to ensure that all employees have the necessary skills and certificates to carry out their roles. You will be motivated as a team member to attain various objectives, to be able to complete reasonable tasks for training, motivating employees to attend training and gain competencies. You will need to work with all Departments making the necessary arrangements for the delegates to attend training, to keep all records updated to help them obtain full compliancy. You will be required to update delegates personal files with qualification copies.
