Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking an HR Programmes Lead to shape the colleague experience across the group. You will lead development and delivery of people programmes that improve engagement, retention and inclusivity, partnering with HR, Communications and business leaders.

Based UK-flexible location, you will drive insight-led change across the organisation, including diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives, and present outcomes to senior stakeholders to unlock measurable impact.

  • Drive continuous improvement to ensure programmes deliver measurable impact.

About The Role

We're looking for a HR Programmes Lead to help shape the colleague experience across Balfour Beatty. In this influential role, you'll lead the development and delivery of people programmes that strengthen engagement, improve retention and create an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.


Working closely with HR, Communications and business leaders across the organisation, you'll use colleague feedback, workforce insight and data to drive meaningful change. From employee engagement and retention initiatives to diversity, inclusion and belonging programmes, you'll play a key role in turning insight into action and delivering positive outcomes for our people.


This is a highly impactful role where you'll influence people strategy across the Group, partnering with stakeholders in the UK, USA and India to drive consistency, best practice and measurable results.


The location for the role is UK flexible.
