Job summary

Network Healthcare is seeking a confident Training Consultant to lead induction and ongoing training for our domiciliary care staff in Swindon. Based at the Swindon branch, you will deliver induction training to new candidates, provide regular refresher updates, and support carers with E-learning.

Your role requires experience in health and social care, especially in delivering healthcare training, and the ability to adapt sessions to meet carers' needs while maintaining clear training records

Annual Salary: £30,000 (pro rata)

Days/Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 9am– 4pm

Network Healthcare are seeking a confident & motivated Training Consultant to support the Induction and ongoing training of our Domiciliary Care Staff.

Based in our Swindon Branch, this role is crucial to maintaining high-quality care through professional training.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver Induction Training to New Candidates
• Deliver regular updates & Refresher training to existing staff.
• Support existing carers with E-Learning (3 Yearly)
• Ensure all training information is clear and understood by Carers.
• Maintain & Update Accurate Training records to ensure good compliance.

Ideal Candidate:

• A strong background / Experience of working in Health & Social Care (Desired)
• Experience with delivering Training in a healthcare setting. (Preferred)
• Be able to adapt training in a way that supports carer’s needs.
