Zusammenfassung

Oceaneering is seeking a Training and Competency Specialist to administer and support employee training, onboarding, and competency assurance across our offshore and industrial environments. You will partner with Operations, HR Managers, and training providers to coordinate programs and maintain records.

Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, generating reports, and supporting continuous improvement in training processes while ensuring regulatory and HSEQ compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent experience; training and development preferred.
• Experience developing, updating, and administering competency programs.
• Strong knowledge of training required to support HSE and Manufacturing.
• Experience with training administration, learning and competency management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS.

• Experience supporting technical, industrial, offshore, or operational environments.
• Experience with competency-based workforce development programs.
• Knowledge of training management systems such as Oracle Fusion or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience, Training and Development preferred.
• Experienced in the development, updating and administration of competency programs.
• Extensive knowledge of training required to support HSE and Manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrable experience in training administration, learning and development, competency management, or a related field.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
