Davy is seeking a Training & Competence Manager to shape and oversee the firm’s T&C framework, supporting advisers and certified individuals to deliver high-quality, compliant financial advice.
Based in Belfast with a hybrid working model, you will drive continuous improvement of capability, manage competency sign-off, and report trends to senior management while aligning with FCA requirements and Consumer Duty principles.

A strong wealth management background is essential for this role, which is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality of advice delivered across the business while ensuring excellent client outcomes and regulatory compliance. The Training & Competence Manager will lead the implementation, oversight and continuous improvement of the firm's Training & Competence framework, supporting the development of advisers and certified individuals through coaching, assessment and professional development. By leveraging deep industry knowledge and experience of the advice process, the role ensures that client-facing professionals maintain the skills, qualifications, behaviours and standards required to deliver high-quality advice, meet regulatory and CPD obligations, and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.
