Sandringham Financial Partners, part of M&G, is seeking an experienced Training & Competence professional to lead adviser supervision and develop the standards across our national adviser network. You will coach, develop and assess advisers, ensuring regulatory alignment and high-quality advice, while delivering training and induction content across the business.
