Quilter Cheviot is seeking a Training & Competence (T&C) Co-ordinator to join our London team on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will provide essential administrative support across T&C processes, liaising with stakeholders and developing your regulatory knowledge in Financial Services.
You will manage records, inductions, CPD, examinations and project work, while supporting budget administration and system updates. A detail-oriented communicator with MS Office skills will thrive here.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training & Competence (T&C) Co-ordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in Training & Competence and a passion for learning, development and the continuous growth of workforce skills.
As a key member of the T&C team, you will provide essential administrative support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the function. Working with stakeholders across the business, you will gain valuable exposure to this important regulatory area while building strong internal relationships and developing your technical knowledge.
