Seven Investment Management is seeking a Training & Competence Manager to lead the practical delivery and ongoing management of the Training & Competence framework across regulated roles with a focus on evidence of knowledge, skills and behaviours.

The role is hands-on, delivering assessments, maintaining records and providing feedback, working with Private Wealth to embed consistent standards across advice, competence and professional development.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date awareness of regulatory and internal procedure requirements for those providing investment advice.
• Understanding of supervision and certification processes in a regulated advisory business.
• Experience supporting FCA Certification sign-off and competence improvements.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day delivery of Training & Competence framework, ensuring practical and timely activity.
• Apply regulatory requirements in practice to evidence adviser competence.
• Design, deliver and manage practical training activities for advisers and managers.
• Provide MI and insights to managers on completion, engagement and competence risks.
• Carry out regular competence assessments, including role plays and knowledge tests.
