Job summary

Seven Investment Management seeks a Programme Manager to lead the Amicus Adviser Academy from recruitment through to Competent Adviser Status. You will manage Trainee Advisers, Associate Advisers, and Consultants, guiding development, performance and wellbeing while aligning with governance standards.

The role includes coordinating training, credentialing, and curriculum development, with strong emphasis on coaching, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence within a regulated financial

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience is essential.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is essential.
• Coaching qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trainee Adviser Programme from recruitment through to CAS.
• Act as formal line manager for Trainee Advisers, Associate Advisers and Consultants; conduct regular one-to-one meetings and reviews.
• Coordinate classroom-based technical training and ensure Trainees complete the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Coordinate qualifications and training with Operations to cover Xplan, processes and One Best Way standards.
• Produce monthly MI on the Amicus Academy and report performance to Directors and governance bodies.
