Our Third Party Administration (TPA) department is a dynamic administration team with a varied portfolio of clients. They play a key part in providing our clients and members with a market-leading service on Defined Benefits (DB), Defined Contribution (DC) and CARE pension arrangements. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join this department as a Training Co-ordinator, within our Technical Training team in either Glasgow, Edinburgh or Birmingham.
As a Training Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning and development across our TPA Business Unit. Working closely with the TPA Technical Training Manager and TPA People Leader, you’ll help coordinate a range of technical training and personal development activities, ensuring colleagues have access to high-quality learning opportunities.
