Job summary

The Openwork Partnership is recruiting for a T&C Manager - Supervision in Leeds, offering hybrid working with three days on-site. You will lead a Training & Competence team, ensuring data-driven oversight of adviser competence, supervisory activity and risks, while upholding regulatory, business standards and customer outcomes.

You will manage the T&C framework, drive consistency in supervisory decisions, and develop policies and documentation to support continued improvement.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is essential.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams.
• Experience within T&C is preferred, however there is flexibility on this requirement.
• Supervisory qualification H15 or J07 is desirable, not essential.

• Lead, develop and motivate the T&C Supervisors to ensure a high-performing, engaged team.
• Ensure the effective operation of the T&C framework and associated supervisory activities.
• Drive consistency of supervisory standards, judgements and decision-making through coaching and collaboration.
• Oversee competence assessments and recommendations.
• Use data-driven oversight to identify adviser, supervisor and business risks.
• Maintain and enhance T&C policies, procedures, guidance and supporting documentation.

The opportunity

As a T&C Manager - Supervision, you will lead and develop a high-performing Training & Competence team, ensuring the effective delivery and continual improvement of the 2plan Training & Competence framework. The role is responsible for providing data-driven oversight of adviser competence, supervisory activity and emerging risks, ensuring regulatory requirements, business standards and customer outcome expectations are met. Please note, this is a hybrid role based in Leeds 3 days a week.

• Salary - Up to £65,000 depending on experience
