Oakmoor Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Training Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day quality and performance of a busy education and training provision in Rotherham, supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes. This hands-on leadership role combines staff management, teaching and learning, quality assurance and learner progress, with a clear focus on raising standards.

The post is full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with a salary of £43,000 per annum.

Competenze

• Experience leading teaching staff and improving learner outcomes.
• Experience with Functional Skills Maths or English is preferred.
• Experience working with post-16 learners, including those with SEND.

Mansioni

• Lead and support a team of tutors and education staff.
• Drive high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
• Coach, mentor staff and oversee CPD.
• Monitor learner progress and outcomes.
• Lead quality assurance and assessment processes.
• Use data to identify improvements and drive outcomes.
• Deliver Functional Skills teaching where required.
