Job summary

Ceredigion County Council is seeking a Training Advisor- Agriculture/ Land-based studies to design and deliver high quality vocational training. You will shape learning through Schools, Traineeships and Apprenticeships, ensuring inclusive, engaging and industry-relevant experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing vocational training programmes is preferred.
• Ability to liaise with employers, schools and external agencies.

• Support learners through induction, guidance and enrichment activities.
