Job summary

Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking a motivated trainer to deliver high quality training in the community. You will work with the service's management team to develop and deliver development for our teams, helping staff reach their full potential.

You will be proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement, with opportunities for professional growth within the organisation and a strong focus on empowering people to live more independently.

Are you passionate about breaking down barriers to support people to live a more independent and fulfilling life?

We are currently looking for a highly motivated person to join our successful team, to deliver excellent training in the community.

In this exciting role, the post holder will work with the service's management team to develop and deliver high quality training and development for our teams.

You will be able to demonstrate being proactive in your approach to support and a willingness to adapt and change as we develop with new innovations and challenges within the sector.

About Us

My Options - Activity Wellbeing and Care Services is part of Telford & Wrekin Council and provides a wide range of person-centred support to over 350 people to vulnerable people of all ages and abilities.

We currently provide a wide range of services including; Community Activity and Wellbeing, services, Community support for those people living in their own or shared accommodation. Our services also include a very successful Shared Lives Scheme, a range of services for children and young people and The Skills and Enterprise Hub, where people can develop their skills and confidence as part of their stepping stone to work.
