Qualifications

• Experience in designing vocational training programmes is preferred.
• Ability to liaise with employers, schools and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver vocational training programmes.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare and update course materials and resources.
• Support learners through induction, guidance and enrichment activities.
• Liaise with employers, schools and external agencies.
• Promote safeguarding and uphold health and safety standards.
• Participate in marketing, open days and learner recruitment.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with quality assurance processes.
