This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference to people's lives by delivering engaging learning, personalised employability support and practical opportunities that enable individuals to realise their potential.

You will adopt a strengths-based, learner-centred approach, helping participants identify their abilities, build confidence, overcome barriers and develop realistic progression pathways into employment, education or further training.
A key aspect of the role is preparing learners for the workplace and supporting them to secure, complete and succeed in meaningful work placements and directly into work.
