Minitab is seeking a Training Administrator in Coventry to join our Educational Services team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will coordinate end-to-end training administration, bookings, schedules, and logistics, ensuring accurate records and a smooth learner experience.
You’ll support multiple stakeholders across Customer Success, Field Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance, maintain training materials, and help translate or update course content.

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Training Administrator to join Minitab on a 9 month fixed-term contract, based in Coventry, UK.
This is a varied coordination role at the heart of our Educational Services operations. You’ll help ensure our training programmes run smoothly from initial booking and scheduling through to delivery and post-training support. You’ll coordinate training contracts, consultant schedules and logistics, maintain accurate systems and documentation, and provide responsive support to both customers and internal teams.
