Job summary

Randstad Education in Royal Leamington Spa is recruiting a Trainer Assessor - Electrical Construction on a permanent basis to develop industrial links, provide pastoral support and conduct workplace assessments. This role supports Construction Work Based Learning initiatives.

You will liaise with employers and learners to assess competencies in the workplace, requiring NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or an equivalent apprenticeship, plus industrial experience and health and safety knowledge.

We are now seeking a motivated and organised individual who can liaise with both employers and learners to assess their competencies within the workplace.

The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 within Electrical or equivalent apprenticeship route within this discipline, industrial experience and a working knowledge of health and safety.
