Job summary

Pacifica seeks a Trainee White Goods Engineer – Field Based in Rotherham. You will receive full training to repair household appliances and visit customers’ homes to diagnose and fix issues. A mentor will support your progression as you gain hands-on experience.

Salary starts at £26,500–£27,000 with training completed before earning up to £50,000+ OTE. A company van, tools and 30 days leave accompany a structured training plan in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on mechanical or electrical experience is beneficial
• Full UK manual driving licence required (no more than 6 penalty points)
• City & Guilds Assured training will be provided at the training centre

Responsibilities

• Learning to repair and maintain household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers and electric cookers
• Visiting customers’ homes to diagnose issues and carry out repairs
• Troubleshooting on-site with increasing independence
• Recording and managing job details using in-house engineer software
• Working with a mentor to build skills and confidence
• Providing excellent customer service and clear explanations of repairs
