Bradley Environmental Consultants – powered by Vadella, are expanding their Legionella/water hygiene team. This trainee role offers hands-on site work across the UK, with full training provided and a clear path to industry qualifications. A full UK driving licence and flexible travel are required.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills for record-keeping and liaising with clients.
• Willingness to undertake further training and qualifications.
• Willingness to work at height, in confined spaces and in plant rooms (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine water hygiene monitoring tasks and temperature checks.
• Report deficiencies and non-compliance issues on client water systems.
• Maintain records and logbooks per L8/HSG274; use digital reporting systems.
• Assist with chlorination and disinfection procedures.
• Ensure safe working practices per site health and safety procedures.
