Job summary

Rock Compliance is seeking a Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer to join our team in the Oxford area. The role focuses on essential water hygiene tasks and compliance with ACoP L8 standards, with on-site client interaction and potential travel within the region.

As a trainee, you will perform flushing, VT testing, and cleaning/disinfection duties under supervision, developing skills in TMV servicing, expansion vessel testing, and annual tank inspections.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and willingness to learn and achieve.
• Full clean driving licence required.
• Occasional travel and overnight stays may be needed.
• DBS check will be conducted on new starters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ACoP L8 HSG274 part 2 compliance related work.
• TMV fail-safe testing, calibration and servicing.
• Flushing and testing of expansion vessels.
• Showerhead cleaning and disinfection.
• Cleaning and disinfection support (2nd person).
• Annual tank inspections and cleaning.
