Job summary

Kenect Recruitment Ltd is supporting a landscaping company in Aldridge to recruit a Trainee Telemarketing Operative (Part-Time). The role starts at £12.71 per hour and is office-based with hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Flexible days and a 10-week trial lead to possible full-time employment for the right candidate. No prior telemarketing experience is required as full training will be provided; however, customer service or sales experience is advantageous and helpful for handling enquiries

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to learn product details and processes.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to warm leads from existing enquiries; no cold calls.
• Send follow-up emails and update customer records.
• Carry out general administrative tasks related to customers.
