RE Personnel is seeking a Trainee Technical Support Technician in Gloucestershire. This is a full-time, permanent role offering hands-on technical work alongside customer service responsibilities. A full UK driving licence is required, and travel across the UK is expected.

No previous technical experience is necessary as full training is provided. The position includes paid overtime and a varied office/field-based work environment, with typical 8am–4pm hours.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence.
• No previous technical experience required; a natural aptitude for problem solving and customer service.
• Full training provided; based in Gloucestershire with UK-wide travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and customer service over the phone.
• Travel to customer sites across the UK to diagnose faults and carry out basic remedial work.
• Produce accurate site reports and maintain detailed records for the team.
