Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and customer service by phone, troubleshooting issues.
• Travel to customer sites across the UK to inspect faults and perform basic remedial work.
• Perform like-for-like component replacements and system checks as needed.
• Maintain accurate site reports, records, and communicate findings to teams.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally while engaging in relevant training.
