Qualifications

• 1+ years in food industry.
• Science or Food Science degree.
• Understanding of retailers.
• Organisational skills for multiple projects.
• Knowledge of food science, labeling, audits.
• Confidence managing customers and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Team player with initiative.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate between customer and Dunbia to deliver Food Safety & Quality requirements.
• Build relationships with customers and site teams to position Dunbia as supplier of choice.
• Represent FSQ in meetings, technical reviews and product reviews.
• Coordinate customer visits and audits to the factory, manage post-visit actions.
• Work with New Product Development on food safety aspects of launches.
• Review KPIs with site teams and drive improvement actions.
• Review artwork for packaging to ensure legality and accuracy.
• Manage raw material and finished product specifications and quality sheets.
• Conduct product assessments to ensure production adherence.
