Qualifications

• 1+ years in food industry or related field.
• Science/food science degree or equivalent.
• Exposure to retailers and customer requirements.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Clear communication and assertiveness with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate between customer and company, delivering FSQ requirements to site teams.
• Build relationships with customers and site teams to become supplier of choice.
• Represent FSQ department at customer meetings and technical reviews.
• Arrange customer visits and factory audits, manage actions post-visits.
• Coordinate with NPD on food safety aspects of new products; monitor KPI trends.
