Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Diagnose faults.
• Guide customers and installers through product setup.
• Perform remote diagnostics.
• Log and manage support tickets accurately.
• Process and assess returned products.
• Provide pre-sales technical guidance.
• Assist with testing new software.
