We're looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join a growing technical operations team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone at the beginning of their technical career who enjoys understanding how systems work, solving real-world problems and developing their skills across networking, devices, infrastructure and technical operations.
You might already have experience working in IT support, infrastructure, field engineering or technical operations. Equally, you may have developed strong practical skills through projects, home labs, qualifications or study and are looking for the opportunity to put those skills into practice professionally.
You’ll work with technology deployed across multiple locations, helping to keep systems and devices operational, investigating faults and supporting the wider team with day-to-day technical challenges.
