Job summary

JDR Recruitment's client in Northwich CW9 is seeking a Trainee Support Technician to diagnose hardware and software issues, guide customers through installation and configuration, and work under the technical manager.

This trainee role includes full training, a Monday–Friday schedule 9:00–17:30, and a salary of £25,000 per annum. A genuine interest in electronics and good communication skills are essential.

JDR Recruitment are looking to recruit a Trainee Support Technician to join our client in Northwich CW9

You will be joining a manufacturing business reporting to the technical manager, you will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software issues , guiding customers through installation and configuration.

This position is offered as a trainee role, all training will be provided but a desire to learn and understand electronics is essential.

Location: Northwich CW9

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm

Salary: £25,000 per annum.

Contract: Permanent

The Role:

• Assist with texting new software
