Teaching Personnel is seeking a Trainee Teaching Assistant for a vibrant secondary school in Old Trafford, starting September 2026. This role is ideal for gaining hands-on experience in classrooms and exploring paths into teaching, SEND support, pastoral care or educational psychology.
You will support teachers across subjects, work with individuals or small groups, help prepare resources, monitor progress and behaviour, and participate in regular CPD and mentoring throughout the year.
