Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary, secondary and specialist schools from September 2026 in Lancashire.

We offer flexible work to fit around your commitments, with long-term placements, daily supply roles, and opportunities to gain valuable school-based experience. You will assist in classrooms, deliver small group interventions and build positive relationships with staff and pupils.
