About The Role

Position: SEND Teaching Assistant (Full-time)

Location: Aylesbury

Start date: ASAP

Role Responsibilities

• Support pupils in a SEND environment, working 1-1 or in small groups.
• Work as part of an established team to support children with various needs including PMLD, SLD, ASC, ADHD, SLCN, trauma, and attachment disorders.
• Assist in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to individual EHCPs.

Requirements

• Experience working with SEND children or in a care/support role.
• A caring, positive attitude and ability to build positive relationships.
• Understanding of safeguarding and safety for young people.
• Willingness to pay for a DBS check and register with the Update Service.
