About the School:

Before starting your placement, you will complete a comprehensive training program delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders, equipping you with essential skills to work as a Teaching Assistant.

Teaching Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of schools. Effective Teaching Assistants possess excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting children's daily needs. They build relationships with staff, children, and families.

The role varies by school. You may support classroom teaching, run small group interventions, or work one-on-one to meet individual needs and promote children's development.
