Job summary

Serco Leisure is recruiting on behalf of Leisure Solutions Community Trust to join our pool of swimming teachers across South Charnwood, Soar Valley and Loughborough leisure centres.

You will deliver safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons, interacting with customers and supporting learners of all ages. Training includes NRASTC lite and DBS; hours are varied, with opportunities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills to support people of all ages.
• Able to motivate learners and organise effective, progressive lessons.
• Willingness to complete NRASTC lite qualification and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, fun, progressive swimming lessons to diverse participants.
• Interact with customers and support their development and confidence in the water.
• Coordinate teaching hours across multiple leisure centres as needed.
