Job summary

Leisure Solutions Community Trust is seeking Swimming Teachers at Bletchley Leisure Centre to deliver safe, progressive lessons using the Swim England framework, with hours that fit around your commitments.

Serco is recruiting on behalf of the Trust and provides safeguarding/DBS checks, in-house training, and career development through the Aquatic Training Academy, plus free leisure centre membership for you and a friend or family member.

Qualifications

• You must hold STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England Level 2.
• DBS checks and safeguarding training are provided.
• Excellent customer service skills with people of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, progressive swimming lessons following the Swim England framework.
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service to centre users.
• Adapt teaching around your commitments and available hours.
