Job summary

Leisure Solutions Community Trust in Leicester is seeking a Trainee Swimming Teacher to help deliver progressive, enjoyable lessons across our sites. Serco Leisure recruits on behalf of LSCT to provide training and DBS clearance, with opportunities to work across a network of centres.

You will gain the STA Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification while starting with flexible hours and DBS and NRASTC lite checks. The role supports community health and activity, with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• No prior qualifications required to apply; STA Level 2 training provided.
• Willing to complete NRASTC lite qualification and DBS.
• Access to a computer or tablet to complete course work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to diverse learners.
• Interact with customers using excellent communication and service skills.
• Support learners of all ages and backgrounds; participate in additional training.
