Job summary

Leisure Solutions Community Trust is seeking swimming teachers to deliver safe, progressive lessons at South Charnwood Leisure Centre. You will follow the Swim England framework to build swimmers' confidence and enjoyment, teaching across varied part-time hours.

We provide DBS checks, training through our Aquatic Academy, and opportunities for personal and career development, with a free centre membership. Applicants must have the required teaching swimming qualification and DBS clearance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with people of all ages.
• Must hold STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons.
• Follow Swim England learn-to-swim framework to build swimmers' confidence.
• Be flexible with teaching hours and support centre activities.
