Job summary

Serco Leisure is recruiting swimming teachers to deliver safe, progressive lessons across its leisure centres in South Charnwood, Soar Valley and Loughborough. The role supports the LSCT mission to provide affordable, high‑quality lessons for all ages and abilities.

Training is provided; you may need to complete NRASTC lite and DBS checks. The post offers flexible, casual or contracted hours and the chance to work across multiple sites within the Serco Leisure network.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with people of all ages.
• Willingness to complete NRASTC lite qualification and DBS checks.
• Access to a computer or tablet to complete course work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons.
• Support learners of all abilities to gain confidence in the water.
• Work flexibly across multiple leisure centres with varied teaching hours.
