Candidates must also be willing to travel across the region and occasionally to other regions for training and meetings.

Salary: £35,471 per annum (including regional uplift and car allowance)
2 year Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

About the role

This is a hands-on learning role where you'll shadow experienced surveyors, build your technical and customer service skills, and work towards a professional qualification. We're looking for someone with the right attitude - resilient, proactive, and committed to improving lives. Strong communication, IT skills, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Join us and help shape safer, healthier homes while living our values and representing Accent with pride.

You'll also receive a regional uplift of £2,535 per annum and an essential car user allowance starting at £1,250 per annum.

About you
  • A keen interest in building maintenance and working alongside contractors to deliver reactive maintenance services
  • Willingness to work towards and achieve Level 3 BTech in the Built Environment
  • Minimum of 5 x GCSE, level 4 (grade C ) or above including English and Maths
  • Evidence of regular study in support of continued professional development
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
