Accent is recruiting a Trainee Surveyor in Camberley to deliver high-quality maintenance services. You will observe and assist in property inspections, assess repairs, and coordinate with contractors to ensure standards are met.
This hands-on learning role focuses on developing technical and customer-service skills toward a professional qualification. The position is hybrid with initial office-based training, progressing to regular office presence.
Location: Hybrid, Camberley. The role will initially be office-based during the training period. After training, a minimum of one day per week in the office will be required, in line with our Surveyor roles. Candidates must also be willing to travel across the region and occasionally to other regions for training and meetings.
Salary: £35,471 per annum (including regional uplift and car allowance)
2 year Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

The spot salary for this post is £31,686 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you're still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
You’ll also receive a regional uplift of £2,535 per annum and an essential car user allowance starting at £1,250 per annum.
