I f you pride yourself on delivering the best customer care and want to use your skills to make a positive impact on families and communities, there’s a place for you at Accent.

Help create a workplace where everyone feels welcome

A warm welcome. A well-prepared meeting room. The supplies colleagues need, just when they need them. These everyday details make a real difference and you could be the person who brings them together.

As our Office Administrator, you’ll help keep our offices running smoothly, creating a safe, organised and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors. You’ll join a close-knit team in an organisation with a social purpose, where your ideas are valued and you can help improve the way we work.

  • Get meetings off to a good start: prepare meeting rooms, arrange refreshments and organise catering when requested.
  • Help maintain our workplaces: coordinate with external contractors to support well‑maintained facilities.
  • Support a safe working environment: provide essential administrative support to our facilities and health and safety teams.

  • Make things better: share ideas, spot opportunities for improvement and help put practical solutions into action.

You’ll be part of a close‑knitted team where your contribution is visible and your ideas matter. Working alongside colleagues across our offices, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the workplace experience, not just keep things ticking over.

Your work will help colleagues focus on delivering exceptional service, connecting the everyday running of our offices to our wider social purpose.

The spot salary for the Office Administrator post is £26,780 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
