A Trainee Solar PV Installer role is available in Horsham with a clear path into renewables. You will start with training and shadow experienced installers, then take on practical tasks as you gain confidence.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a way to get to the Horsham office.
• No formal qualifications required beyond willingness to learn; hands-on ability is valued.
• Experience in trades or practical work is welcomed and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with solar PV panel installation and mounting.
• Carry, position and secure panels and mounting systems.
• Assist with cabling routing and DC side connections.
• Work within a local radius of Horsham with occasional travel.
• Support senior installers and shadow until confident to work independently.
