Job summary

Equans in Birmingham is recruiting for two Apprentice Trainee Managers to support safe delivery of social housing construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects. You will work under Site and Project Managers, gaining hands-on training in site supervision, compliance, and operational delivery.

The role runs a 36-month fixed-term contract, full-time (40 hours/week), with a competitive salary and benefits package, and structured learning to progress toward independent management of small

Qualifications

Level 3 qualification or apprenticeship in construction/trade.
Work towards Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor apprenticeship including day-release.
Full UK driving licence or ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

Assist Site Manager in planning and coordinating site activities across multiple social housing projects.
Support safety, environmental and quality standards on works.
Help manage site logistics, including access, deliveries, and waste.
Participate in site briefings, toolbox talks, and meetings with trade teams and client representatives.
Record progress using digital management systems.
