Job summary

Merson Signs is seeking a Trainee Signage Installer to join our field-based team across Newcastle and the Tyne and Wear area. This full-time, permanent role offers practical on-the-job training and real earning potential as you progress.

You will work with an established installation team, learning to install, maintain and repair signage while adhering to health and safety standards. Training is provided and paid for, with strong career prospects.

We are now looking for a Trainee Signage Installer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Trainee Signage Installer, you will support the safe and high-quality installation of signage across construction, retail and leisure sites.

Working as part of an experienced installation team, you will follow instructions to install, maintain and repair signage while meeting health and safety requirements.

You will help keep work organised and on schedule, communicating effectively with colleagues and providing a helpful service when representing the company.

Additionally, you will:

• Ensure signage and products are stored and transported safely
• Complete van and tool reports
• Work to agreed deadlines
