Job summary

Realise Recruitment is seeking experienced sign installers to join a national client in the Midlands area. This full-time, permanent role involves working with installation crews to deliver high-quality sign installations across client sites.

You'll be responsible for safe, accurate installations, travel as required, and coordinating with supervisors. The role requires physical fitness, a valid licence, and strong communication skills for field-based work.

Qualifications

• Proven sign installation experience and knowledge of sign types.
• Flexible to work different shifts and travel for overnights.
• Well organised with strong time management.
• Excellent communication and field-based/remote work experience.
• Physically able to perform strenuous labour and heights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean commercial driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install signage correctly, safely, and to a high standard.
• Store and transport signage and product safely.
• Adhere to all health and safety requirements.
• Follow supervisor/manager work instructions.
• Responsible for installer assistants when working together.
• Responsible for van and tool reports.
• Ensure good time management and meet deadlines.
• Maintenance and signage repair duties as required.
• Maintain good housekeeping on site.
• Communicate well with team members.
• Provide site reports and engage with clients.

Sign Installers

Our national client is recruiting full-time and permanent experienced signage installers in and around the Midlands area to join their existing team of installation crews. You would be joining a motivated team who deliver a high-quality service within various client sectors.

Benefits

• Employees will receive shared use of a company van, full range of power tools, full workwear & PPE, and a company mobile phone.
• Guaranteed minimum weekly wage of £500 even if light or no workloads - although this is normally unlikely - with normal earnings reaching towards £1000 per week
• Fixed price work based on job scope
• Hotel allowance and overnight subsistence provided - applicants must be willing to work away and do overnights when needed

Requirements

• Proven sign installation experience and having a good understanding of all sign types and a keen eye for detail
• Have a flexible approach to work different shift patterns and out of town as and overnights as and when required
• Well organised
• Excellent communication skills and experience working remotely/ field based
• Physically able to perform strenuous labour activities at times and comfortable working at heights.
• Show initiative to work independently & as part of a team
• Clean commercial driving licence essential
